It is precisely because of this growth that a 1st Line IT support engineer is required,
As a 1st Line support Engineer are you would be familiar with windows-based technologies, including Windows10, Office365 administration and Server 2016.
If you have exposure to supporting clients on Skype4Business and Lync applications, or even have some exposure to working on a help desk, with some share point experience, this would be very useful.
As a 1st line support engineer, do you feel you have great confidence in your ability, can you communicate well and are you looking for a good role to sink your teeth into, and kick start your career then this could be the role for you.

• Windows Server 2012/16
