1st Line Service Desk Technician Required






£20,000 to £25,000 Per Annum

 A new opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Technician is required by a technology based language school organisation, who are based in Poole.You wiill need some IT experience when dealing with IT support enquiries from customers is required.

However good communication skills is a must to succeed in this role.

The Requirements: ·

  • A good understanding of the main IT support duties ·
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook ·
  • Experience of dealing with customers through an IT support and IT service desk.
  • The current salary offering is between £18-20,000 p.a. depending on relevant skills and experience.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday,  9am – 5:30pm

Friday,  9am – 5pm
