This client is an industry leading provider of specialist finance training courses. This excellent company has of experience in delivering world class courses to its blue-chip clients.
The company is now adding to its sales force and is looking to hire an Account Manager as part of its next phase of growth, this is a demanding role that the successful Account Manager will be looking to take on, The Account Manager will be responsible for over seeing the significant organisations existing clients spend and increasing it.
The Account manager will be able to receive a generous basic salary of £38K per year, commission and on target bonus, which should see the potential income rise between £60K to £70K on OTE earnings. What's also included is a company pension and 20 days plus bank holidays,with official days off increasing with every year of service.
The role of the Account manager will involve nurturing existing spending clients, so you will need to be very comfortable working within a corporate environment, as well as building new relationships and developing new leads within the allocated client list, dealing with key decision makers globally such as banks, law firms, M&A advisory firms, private equity firms, accountancy firms and fund management firms.
The successful candidate will be calling existing decision makers as well as new business decision makers that they find and develop a relationship with. They will be required to take full responsibility of their spending client list and their sales lead pipeline by managing and updating the CRM (MS Dynamics).
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to develop within a very corporate environment to significantly grow his or her spending client base by selling the full range of specialist finance courses to clients all over the world and communicating the key features, advantages and benefits of attending a course with this client
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Duties for the Account Manager:
Account Management will be nurturing their existing clients, growing the spend from the existing clients as well as targeting high growth clients and prospects.
Managing your client and prospect base by ensuring that all decision makers from all departments / divisions of the target account are added to the CRM system which is Micro Dynamics including calling and e-marketed, plus the researching of websites, Social Media, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to the CRM o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM
The Account Manager will be visiting there clients websites to obtain new contacts to add to the CRM, Telephoning companies / plus all client contacts to verify contact data on the CRM system.
• Marketing training courses and verifying all bounces from e-shots and updating contact details on our databases o processing bookings for courses and webinars from e-shots
• Contacting prospects, Introducing the clients courses and webinars to potential clients all over the world plus making appointments, Participating in client meetings.
• Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising)
• Plus any other duties to assist the department.
