This client is in a multi-billion pound fast moving industry and is a leading provider of specialist finance training courses. This company has amassed a of experience in delivering world class courses to its very strong blue-chip clients.

The company is now adding to its team and is looking to hire a professional Account Manager to be based in Euston London, who will be part of its next phase of corporate growth, this is a demanding role that the successful Account Manager will be looking to take on, The Account Manager will be handling the companies existing clients with the target to increase revenue.

The Account manager will be able to receive a generous basic salary of £38K per year, commission and on target bonus, which should see the potential income rise between £55K on OTE uncapped earnings. What's also included is a company pension and 20 days plus bank holidays,with official days off increasing with every year of service.
 
The role of the Account manager will involve nurturing existing spending clients, selling and marketing the company's services to new clients in new markets globally, so you will need to be very comfortable working within a corporate environment, as well as building new relationships and developing new leads within the allocated client list, dealing with key decision makers globally such as banks, law firms, M&A advisory firms, private equity firms, accountancy firms and fund management firms.
 
The successful candidate will need to have strong sales experience, with the ability to demonstrate there ability and handle clients.

The account manager will be calling on existing decision makers from its current data base as well as talking to new business decision makers, managing and up selling on their accounts. They will be required to take full responsibility of their spending client list and their sales lead pipeline by managing and updating their CRM (MS Dynamics).

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
 
Duties for the Account Manager:

 Account Management will be nurturing their existing clients from its extensive client base, organised, as well as increasing revenue from their existing clients as well as targeting high growth clients and prospects.

Developing new clients globally, so the successful candidates must have precise and clear verbal communication skills this is very important.

Demonstrate the ability to present their sales presentations by using PowerPoint.

Managing your day to day clients and prospects by ensuring that all decision makers from all departments / divisions of the target account are added to the CRM system which is Micro Dynamics including calling companies and e-marketed, plus the researching of websites, Social Media, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to the CRM updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system

The Account Manager will  be visiting there clients, as well a searching their websites to obtain new contacts to add to the CRM system, telephoning companies to generate interest / plus all client contacts to verify contact data on the CRM system.

• Marketing training courses and verifying all bounces from e-shots and updating contact details on our databases o processing bookings for courses and webinars from e-shots

• Contacting  prospects, Introducing the clients courses and webinars to potential clients all over the world plus making appointments, Participating in client meetings.

• Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising)

• Plus any other duties to assist the department.
