This position is for a Wills and Trust company based in Swanley Kent, they have a new vacancy within this fast-moving company for a lovely bubbly person to join their administration team, handling general administration work and dealing with telephone enquiries.
You must be able to communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
The right person for this role must have a very good telephone manner and be able to deal with working and using a database, compose general letters and keep all records in a very good order. You need to have very good typing skills and must be familiar with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook etc, you will also need to have good knowledge of English and grammar so that all aspects of work undertaken are of a good standard. Due to the location of this office the applicant must be in a position drive as this will make traveling to the office easier, however, there is free parking available.
