Which means that this company is one of the market leading independent provider of Building Control with extensive experience across all sectors.

There network of offices allows them the opportunity to provide national consistency whilst maintaining the local contact, backed by experience and knowledge which is traditionally associated with building control.

This growing company are very successful when it comes to working with local authorities within the construction and building industry for the past few decades, is looking for a buildings control project manager to be based in Rainham or London specialising in building regulations and inspections offering 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, company pension, Child car vouchers (if applicable) Car and or petrol allowance, company Bonuses to be included on top of the base salary agreed; plus, the opportunity to grow your career within this role.

The requirement.

The type of candidates that are being considered for this position should be efficient, hardworking articulate and enthusiastic. someone who is a team player and has a great eye for detail.

You must be a chartered member of RICS or CABE with knowledge of the building regulations of 2000.

To assist with the smooth operation of the offices for which the manager has a responsibility.

To Assist in analysis of workload within allocated office.

Be Responsible for operational control of the customer base.

To develop business opportunities and market the services offered by the company.

To be fully conversant with all relevant legislation and ensure that construction procedures are updated accordingly.

If you are contracts manager with building experience, worked as a surveyor project manager, construction and buildings project manager, is a must requirement, you will need to be a chartered member of RICS or CABE, with at 2 years of solid workable experience, then we would want to hear from you.
