This client is an industry leading provider of specialist finance training courses. This excellent  company has of experience in delivering world class courses to its blue-chip clients.

The company is now adding to its sales force and is looking to hire a Business Development Manager as part of its next phase of growth, this is a demanding role, that requires skill, tenacity and hard work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for calling on and over seeing the significant organisations existing clients spend and increasing it.

Business Development Manager

Salary: to £32,000 for the right candidate plus bonus and commission
Hours: 08.45 – 17.30
Holiday: 20 days (all staff are given an extra paid day off for each full year they are employed over two years and to a maximum of five years)
Auto enrolment pension

Target: £150,000

Commission – calculated and paid quarterly

4% to £12,000 a month

7% thereafter

Yearly target = £150,000 per year

Quarterly target = £37,500 per quarter

bonus;

  • 2% of quarterly revenue over and inclusive of £37,500. So, £750 payable upon achieving target
  • 3% of yearly revenue over and inclusive of £150,000. So, £4,500 if target is achieved.

This positions requires the candidates to be extremely well organised, diligent, to be able to manage a multi-layered workload, to be able to think and plan ahead, as well as making marketing calls to potential new clients.

The candidates must have an excellent command of English – written and spoken, be analytical, extremely well organised, entrepreneurial, the successful Business Development Manager must have an eye for detail, be well presented and professional. The successful business Devlopment Manager, must be prepared to work hard, averaging approx 60 marketing calls per day. The successful Business Development Manager must also be dynamic, very hungry for success, punctual be able to rise to any challenge and fo course bevery hard-working
