My client is currently seeking to employ an office administrator to work in their Swanley office,

The office administrator role

In this role as an office Administrator, you will be required to multi-task, within the various office duties which will include:

Some HR duties

Basic knowledge of Running a Payroll

General Office administration

Answering the telephone in an efficient and professional manner

So, if you have a knowledge of the above requirements for this role, this would be a distinct advantage to you.

The successful Candidate / Office administrator

You will need to very good verbal and clear writing skills, possess the ability to think on your feet, as well as multi-task, because this is a growing organisation, so you will need to able to work within a vibrant office environment, multitasking between different roles.

The successful, office administrator, will need to have very good computer skills which means that you must be computer literate. They must have the ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision. You must also enjoy working in a professional team where there could be scope for progression.

This is a very professional office with a mature outlook. If you have experience or have been working within a legal office, this would be an advantage to you.
