My client is currently seeking to employ an office Assistant to work in their Swanley office,

The office assistant role

In this role as an Office Assistant, you will be required to multi-task, within the various office duties which will include:

General Office Assistant

Basic knowledge of using a computer

Answering the telephone in an efficient and professional manner

So, if you have a knowledge of the above requirements for this role, this would be a distinct advantage to you.

The successful  Office Assistant

You will need to very good verbal and clear writing skills, possess the ability to think on your feet, as well as multi-task, because this is a growing organisation, so you will need to able to work within a vibrant office environment, multitasking between different roles.

The successful, office assistant, will need to have very good computer skills which means that you must be computer literate. They must have the ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision. You must also enjoy working in a professional team where there could be scope for progression.

This is a very professional office with a mature outlook. If you have experience or have been working within a legal office, this would be an advantage to you.
