An established high-performance Global Company working within the BFSI sector, are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager.

The Role:

The successful Senior Business Development Manager will have an understanding in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector. This international organisation is a highly valued and professional company providing a wide range of professional services within its core business.

Providing payment solutions for mobile payments, core banking solutions, anti- fraud within the financial sector including managing data processing, application testing and software development activities. 

The successful Senior Business Development Manager must be able to demonstrate their sales skills ability by winning new business within the UK market.

The Senior Business Development Manager must have a Services and Innovative Solutions acumen, be analytical when marketing the services to top level clients, as well as selling emerging skills in Digital for Robotics, Mobility, AI and Mixed Reality solutions within the finance sector.

You will also possess the ability to scale up and focus on growth and create inroads into new sectors and regions.

You will require to have the ability to use your great relationship building skills, to enhance the company value

The ideal Senior Business Development Manager candidate must possess very good communication skills, in order to articulate the services to potential clients and be able to present themselves as highly competent professionals.

The BDM role will include:

  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Executing the full sales lifecycle; from opening a dialogue with CEOs and MDs of blue-chip companies through to negotiation to a successful close
  • Working to targets and budgets, in a competitive environment
  • Managing your pipeline and new prospects

Earnings:

65K-75K (dependent on business development experience)
